A second batch of diesel-electric shunters were designed by Oliver Bullied as a development of Maunsell's original design (15201-15203). Built at Ashford between 1949-1952 they incorporated a number of details from the LMS twin motor design, but also featured larger diameter Bullied Firth Brown Boxpok wheels. Numbered 15211-15236, they were later classified as Class 12 under the TOPS scheme. They were all withdrawn by 1971 and didn't receive TOPS numbers.

I had originally converted a Bachmann Class 08 adding some Boxpok wheel overlays on the wheels. However, it was not quite right. Model Rail announced in 2020 that in addition to their Class 11, they might follow on with a Class 12.
